Terms of Use

By accessing or using the EnamDoc platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

EnamDoc is operated by Acesora Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at Flat No. 306, Plot No. 34, Sumer Nagar Vistar, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020, Rajasthan, India. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Acesora Private Limited.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
• Dentists must hold valid professional licences
• Students must be enrolled in recognised dental institutions
• All users must provide accurate professional information

• Provide accurate, complete and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

• Professional credentials will be verified
• Valid documentation is required for verification
• False information may result in account termination

• Professional networking and collaboration
• Educational content sharing and learning
• Appointment booking and consultations
• Legitimate business and professional activities

You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute spam, malware or harmful content
• Engage in unauthorised commercial activities
• Violate medical ethics or professional standards

• Dentists and mentors must keep their qualifications, registration numbers and verification documents truthful and current
• Clinical advice, diagnoses and treatment given through or after using the Platform remain the sole professional responsibility of the treating clinician
• Providers must comply with the Dentists Act, applicable dental council regulations and medical ethics at all times

• You retain ownership of the content you post
• You grant us a licence to use and display your content on the Platform
• You are responsible for your content

• All Platform content and features are our property
• Do not copy or distribute without permission
• Trademarks and logos are protected

EnamDoc Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the clinic tools — digital OPD records, billing, patient management, promotion and premium study content. It is offered in monthly, six-monthly and yearly terms. The price of each term is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, in your local currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription renews automatically for the same term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the term you selected
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

• One-time payments (consultation fees, treatment bills, token packs) are processed securely by Razorpay; we never store your payment credentials
• Consultation fees for cancelled or declined appointments are refunded to the original payment method
• Token purchases are non-refundable once credited
• Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies

Dentists are responsible for their own professional conduct. Users must comply with medical ethics and regulations. We are not liable for professional services provided through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided “as is”, without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for user content or third-party services

• You may delete your account at any time from Delete account, or by emailing support@enamdoc.com
• Some data may be retained as required by law

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Platform with notice
• Termination does not affect rights already accrued

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
